Nexus Corp FAQ:

What is "Serious Fun"

- Nexus Corp is a bit more organized then the average group in Star Citizen. When we are out on missions we will use things like communication procedures and call signs. This keeps us organized and gives us a greater chance of success.

As a side note this only applies to running missions, we are not that strict when it comes to social interaction in the organization. We still like to "mess around" and have a good time.

Why should I join Nexus Corp?
- If you are looking for an established, highly organized, and friendly community, Nexus Corporation is for you. We offer many chances for our members to advance and grow with the company.

What type of company is Nexus Corp?
- We are a Private Military Contractor meaning we use a military structure. The company is run by a Fleet Commander with various command and officer level positions below that.

Is there room for advancement?
- We have a rank system that reflects the responsibility of the member. You can choose to be a pilot or a command officer. You choose your own path in Nexus Corp

Does my time zone matter?
- Most of our members are in North America and Oz.

Can I join without a ship?
- No problem, we have many multi-crew ships in our fleet. You may also be eligible to borrow a Nexus Corp ship to use while you get money to buy your own ship. (You must have a pledge that gives you access to the alpha and beta pre-game)

When was Nexus Corp Founded?
- Nexus Corp was officially established in March 2013. We are one of the oldest groups in the game.

Is Nexus Corp Fun?
- Our main goal is to have fun, make friends, and enjoy the game. On the other hand when on missions we want to be organized and efficient so we can get the job done. We call it "Serious Fun"

Can run a trade ship
- You are certainly allowed to do this but keep in mind Nexus Corp is combat focused so you would still be expected to run combat missions. We may even run some of our own trade missions if its needed to boost our combat effectiveness.

War and Peace
- We are a PMC so it is not in our nature to declare war on other groups. We also avoid entering into official alliances. We can not control what other groups do and if war is declared on us we would take appropriate action.
